There are 2 methods to recover the password:

a. Email

Step 01 - In the Login section select “Forgot password”

Step 02 - In the Login section, click on "Forgot password"

Step 03 - Provide your registered email address and click the "Send Password Reset Link" button

Step 04 - You will receive an email from www.epropertylanka.lk containing a reset link.

Step 05 - Click on the link, input your Username and the new password, and then log in.

b. Mobile Number 

Step 01 - In the Login section, click on "Forgot Password".

Step 02 - Choose "Reset Via Mobile" and enter your registered mobile number along with the new password.

Step 03 - Click "Send Password Request OTP" and enter the code you receive.

Step 04 - Once processed, you can use your credentials to log in and access the website.
